We are born with different potentials and personalities, but none of us are born leaders. There are as many leadership styles as there are people. Some are more charismatic while others are more quiet and warm. Whoever you are, you can develop your leadership skills in several ways like raising your awareness, creating oppurtunities, or trying something new. For me leadership is learned and develop..how about you?????
