Nano car - judgement by High Court

The Indian roads are already flooded with vehicles of all types , besides the animals who cross and wander on the roads unchecked. In addition to it , we as Indians have scant regards for civic rules and traffic rules. This small car will come in the purchase capacity of many more Indians and the results are going to be chaotic. God Save India and Indians

I don't know where there is any judgement over Nano on indian roads. With its entry into indian traffic, i think thr wont be enough space to move from one place to another.
