I really need help with my weight?  | | Okay so I am a 5 feet 9 inches male at only about 142lbs. I'm trying to figure out what can I do to weigh at least 160 lbs by September 10th. I really want to gain this 18 lbs by that time quickly. The reason for this is that there are clothes that I want to wear but can't fit nicely because of my weight. It would be nice if you can tell me what to watch to make sure I gain those pounds like how much calories do I need per day and such. Also what exercises and stuff can I do to get my weight up to the desired amount. As for my preference when it comes to food I don't really like vegetables and such food. So I don't really care about eating healthy. It would help if you can probably post a diet plan and what to buy when I go food shopping lol.. I just want to gain that weight and work it out into muscle which is also why I ask what exercises can I do to help gain that weight and also what exercises to do to tone that weight out into muscle. For example exercises that will help my abs, arm muscle, and etc. Thanks a lot mylotters!=D=D=D

As for a menu eat what you like I guess since you don't want to or care to eat healthy. Milk shakes may help you too and ice cream. Good Luck!
