Come to the Philippines! We have a lot of outstanding universities here that are quality and globally competitive yet affordable. We have a lot of international students here and are performing well. I am sure you'll get the best education you would want here without worrying much on tuition fees and other school fees.
Thank you! Happy mylotting!

Indian Universities are very good and very fairly priced . It depends on what you want to pursue but I can assure you that Indian system is the best . We have good engineering, medical and management colleges which have a world class reputation.

The cheap education here in my country are the public schools owned by the government. But, the most popular among public school is the University of the Philippines where most of the students who enter are representatives from various provinces or in a local communities. Students pass the entrance test and if got a high scholastic records may become receive full scholarship, including the monthly allowances, free tuition fees and free dormitory and other benefits. most of this students are from poor sectors and they also rich students and i think they pay tuition based on the tax income of the family. If the tax income shows that they are well of the tuition ids high and low to those middle income family. The best schools here in my countries are compose of private schools, they are the University of Sto Tomas, Dela Salle, Ateneo de manila, Siliman University, MIT and other private schools within different respective regions. They taught students to learn not only academically but also spiritually moulded a students to become a better person.

I know of one, but I don't recommend it to anyone (I'm not even going to say the name on here--I think it's on my profile). It's just a not-good place to be...the only reason I stayed there and graduated was because I didn't have the means of transportation to go anywhere else. My advice is to look everywhere else first before considering the university in Lafayette, Louisiana.
