im not gonna lie i have a Bff and i am the jane in the situation ... and i just relized tht i was being this way she sad she stuck by me becuase she cared bout me if u give up on her wat kinda friend r u then? tell her how u feel ..

i'd say talk to her... after the talk she will ether stop acting that way, or you will be the next person to be pushed out of her life... ether way, if you can't stand the way she acts, ether choice will be for the best.

I think everyone will have a friend like that or meet someone like your Jane at least once in their lifetime. IT really can't be helped, some people are just like that and those around them have to bear the brunt of their selfishness and self-centered attitudes. I also have a friend like that back in high school. We became friends since middle school so it's been a pretty long friendship so I can't just abandon her; however, she drives me crazy all the time. In the end, no one really wants to be her close friends and if they are, we don't want to tell her anything personal. There's always drama in her life and that's why, I read this book where they have the perfect quote for these people in our lives, "We can't help but love them but we don't have to like them" hahaha, I think it's same as your situation, you obviously love your friend like I did mine, but we both don't like our friend's personality. I just bared with it till high school ended and now we're both at different colleges. Still great friends but now I kind of get a reprieve from her constant drama yet still know that we're still friends. Maybe that's the solution? Friends at a distance.
