why some mylot users has a "star" on top of their photo????

Can anyone here can explain to me why most of the mylot users have stars on top of their photo? doest it represent something? why is it in a different colors and has a number? why is it i don't have one? laugh.

I think you have to cross 100 (discussions + responses) to get a star rating. Though I am not very sure. Just be at it, it will follow.

hi, meapas. How are you? Its been a while when we converse here. I am now enjoying my stay here not because I'm earning it is because i find this site entertaining, where i can voice out my opinion and tackle a interesting discussions. I learn a lot from fellow users. I'm still waiting for my first payout and i am so excited.

hey, look i already have one.lol thank you for your help, meapas. At first iwas so focused to get those stars but in the long run I didn't mind it at all and one day when i logged in I was surprised that I already have one just like the others. happy earning.

You will have one too when you see 100 by your username. The colour of the star depends on the +/- ratings that you received from others for your posts. Everyone else pretty much covered everything, but I just wanted to remind you that the stars are based on how other MyLot users rate each other! So it's important to rate other users' discussions and responses so that their star accurately represents the quality of their posts!

Well, when you cross your 100th post you will see a star on your head too. I was so proud and amazed at my rating. At first not many people responded to my discussions and I thought my rating will be very low on lymot, but guess what i was ver active here and my star rating was 7 when i crossed mt 100th post. You have only a 30 more posts to go, why not get it today or in a few hours? Have a nice day Dinu :)

haha! yeah! and i can imagine you smiling when you saw the star. When i was newbie here i didn't enjoy my stay here because i was so impatient to increase those numbers and my earnings. Now i know their secret... just enjoy and those numbers will increase. Yesterday was a happy mylotting, you where very active and you participated in all my discussions i posted a month older, and i thank you for that.=p pretty sure your earnings increased too. Go, invite your friends and you will get %25 of their earnings if they are active.

The stars on the left represents the rating of each mylot user. The user are rated based on their performance in mylot. New users will get the ratings after sometime. Probably after responding to hundred discussions. Though I`m not sure about this. If you want increase your rating, participate in the discussions continuously and do post well quality responses. Your earning depends only on the quality of the posts one posts and not on the number of posts. As long as your rating increases, the earnings will also increase. So be sure you post good responses.

you will get one when you reach 100 post. it depends upon the ratings you have got. Its calculated on scale of 100.The star also depends on that.

It is some kind of a rating for myLot users... it depends on how other users rate your previous comments by the + or - rating function that you can see at the end of all comments. Basically.... a 10 rating means you get some positive ratings (+) from other users and vice versa! And it only appears after you gave out 100 posts, yup... Hope you have fun here and happy posting! :)
