How many times do you recharge your laptop a day  

I usually work on my laptop while it's plugged. I do it everyday since I work as a programmer and it is my job to work on my laptop all day long.

I'm not sure which one is better: using the charged battery or working while laptop's plugged since the following article doesn't include it:

Hello mnvamsi. I have taken the battery out of my laptop as it is useless after having been used for so many years. I always use my laptop bext to my table with the wire plugged in the extention cord.

I used to keep my charger always online as I am continuously working with my laptop. If power supply is failed , then it will stop working within 5 minutes. I thought of my battery is gone. But when inquiring with my friends, I found that we are not supposed to do so and we need to charge and discharge the battery to their peak in either way. That is we need to charge them fully and then we should make use of the battery until it is discharged fully.Else the life of the battery will go down very soon. Now I am following the same and now my battery is giving the supply for about 75 minutes.My laptop is 2 years old and it will be working at least 15 hours in a day.
