i brought a auction site off a site called turnkey nation iv noticed they take about 7 days to reply to your email and when they do its only usally 2 lines and seems suss and unpro i asked then for new templates and it took them a month to reply about it and then i asked if they could send it to me then turned around and said they are on a waiting list because they are not used to the type of templates? iv had no support with my site and now when i need them i notice the site dosent even exsist anymore not even ovis hosting where i got my domain name from has anyone eles had problems with them iv spent so much money on them and got nothign in return
