What grade would yougive Pres. Gloria Arroyo for her SONA

Last monday, our dear beloved philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo gave her State of the Nation Address. Has she done any thing at all. Like we don't see any improvement. But i am not here to demean or say negatively about here. i want to be objective. in her SONA in 2004, she said that she would accomplish things in her six year term the following, more road infrastructure linking the whole nation, computerization of high schools, and others. the first she was able to accomplish. surprisingly though, but since this is not yet complete but in the report on the television there was really infrasture through the whole country linking the whole country for the past years of her term. but the ZOE scandal stopped her from accomplishing the second one. i think to be fair with her that she did accomplish something in our country just like the previous president also. i don't with joseph estrada cause he was not able to served his full term. so i think that President Gloria has done her best. and for the change that we want to see i believe that we have to wait for years more to see them to happen.
