The link is different from the first one and yes, it has literary merit. The first link was a poetry link that I didn't get the general drift of. This one is good, but I'm just not into singing.

That is very interesting and it is poetry in an unusual place. I will have to look at traffic issues differently from now on. In my own little world gridlock is liable to be caused by a combine, or other farm equipment proceeding from field to town or vice versa. Traffic is different everywhere.

Yes, this is more of an urban problem or more so a sub-urban problem, but in principle it would be a good practice everywhere, that is to allow a little space and everyone being coordinated and ready to move together instead of waiting and waiting, and stopping progress.
