He initially comes across as a nice guy but I wonder if he's a shark underneath. I can't believe he had no idea what was going on with Tony Bernazard. It's his job to know.

The Mets are a complete mess and it breaks my heart.I have been a fan since 1986.They are not on the same page ,either on the field Or in the front office. They have talent but the guys aren't a team.I see it getting worse before it gets better.

I've een a fan since 1962 so I've seen worse. It's hard to be a team when you best guys are hurt. Since getting Francouer thingsare lookingup though. (Perhaps it was a mistake forWilpon to pattern the new stadium after Ebbets Field. Remember, the Brooklyn Dodgers were called the "Bum" but their fans who famous saying was "Wait 'til next year.")

I still can't shake the feeling that if the guys were Really on the same page, it wouldn't be as bad as it is.My other team is The Red Sox. They are a rteal team. Even when guys are in slumps or injured, they pull together . They may not winn all the time but they arte on the same page.Even my Nats are more together than The Mets and it makes me sad. The Mets of old were a real team. Win or lose they stuck together.
