Who has done Ali

Hey all was just out in the neighborhood and was wondering how many of you have taken the weighloss drug Ali? Does it really work as well as people claim it does? I've heard the side effects can get to be pretty bad. Lately I've been thinking about trying it and I know that it is a commitment thing so you really have to stick with it, but I've done that with all my diets and I would like to know what you thought. Had it worked for you and how much weight did you lose and over what period of time? Any foods that you would recomend would be awesome to. Thanks
