What will you do to remove your headache?

when i headache i will have a break,and don't think other.

Well, I try to literally remove my head from my body. But jokes apart, I Take a pill, go for a walk, deep breathe...etc.

i feel the best way to get over with a head ache is to take a small nap for about 10- 15 minutes. once you are up the head ache is gone. taking pills each ime is not good for health. head ache is due to stress most of the times so it goes when you are rested for a while.

it depends my brother does have headaches when he stays under the sun& medicine is just sleep for him! so it depends on what causes the headache..if its stress i do take a gasp of clean air in the night..that coldness increases oxygen to the head..it helps

i take painkillers, i can't get it to go away any other way. sleeping doesn't help, so i take pills and wait for half an hour. i haven't got a very high pain threshold so i can't stand to have a headache.

no!it is not good to take painkillers to get rid of pain,they only increase the threshold level of pain and thus we don't feel pain.By taking painkillers of heavy doses cause several side effects such as damage to kidney.so,my advice is to sleep for sometime by keeping pillow under the neck.if the pain is unbearable do this'sit erect with spinalcord and head straight now close ur left nose inspire slowly with the right one and now close right one and expire with left one very slowly and inspire with left one now and expire with right one,inspiration rate:expiration rate ratio must be 1:2,repeat it for 15 times' u will really get very much releif.

The method that work for me is REST. Drug? No!. I cant remember the last time i took pain relief or Pain Killer.

I came here thinking I may read other comments for help. Unfortunately thats not helping. I have been getting what I believe to be cluster headaches. THey come about the same time everyday in the same spot. I have been getting them off and on for nearly a month. i only took pain medicine once but it didn't help. I try relaxing but thats hard with a two year old around. The only thing that helps me the most is green tea.
