Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, is it worth going to the theater?!  | |  So, recently ive been thinking if this movie is worth going to the theater for and to be honest im not a big fan of harry potter Movie series but with all the hype i am itching to go watch his movie. so what do ya think should i wait for the dvd to come out or watch it at the theater.
btw, i have read a couple of harry potter books and was wondering if i want to read the book for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, will the movie ruin the it for me or not!!

But I don't really understand the movie at the end. Try to compare both if it worthwhile to watch it or read it in the books. I can't afford to buy a book of Harry Potter. In a reason that reading is not my ideal because it makes me sleepy. And at the same time the book was expensive.

That aside, I think it was totally worth seeing Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in the theater. I'm not sure that watching the movie first would ruin the book for you. I really would recommend reading the book first anyway. There are a lot of things that were left out of the movie. They weren't really necessary, but knowing about them makes it easier to understand some of the things that happen.
