I know it sounds cheesy but typing about it keeps my hands busy and also keeps my head busy because I have to figure out how to say it all without it running together!

3.  TheModfather (292) | 5 months ago |  i always feel the same before big concerts, football matches etc. i just keep myself as busy as possible, i cna't relax on the day so watching TV is out of the question.
i hope you have a great time. i remember Motley Crue, a friend of mine used to go to their concerts and i'm sure he used to take part in stage diving.

| 4. sblossom (1378) | 5 months ago |  i suppose i would do the similar things like you do. when i'm too excited or waitng for something happen i feel it's so difficult to control my mind. so usually i try to do some housework and to make myself busy.
now i also find a good way to escape from the situation. i turn on my computer to do some online work then i can kill the waiting time.
i think going out to do slow walking is also a good way sometimes.

I'll find something to clean in the house or maybe even do a little exercise. That helps take the edge off and calm me down so that I can relax a little.
