| |  I'm so jealous! It sounds like one heck of a concert! When I get nervous and anxious, I blog about it. I know it sounds cheesy but typing about it keeps my hands busy and also keeps my head busy because I have to figure out how to say it all without it running together!

| |  i always feel the same before big concerts, football matches etc. i just keep myself as busy as possible, i cna't relax on the day so watching TV is out of the question.
i hope you have a great time. i remember Motley Crue, a friend of mine used to go to their concerts and i'm sure he used to take part in stage diving.

| |  i suppose i would do the similar things like you do. when i'm too excited or waitng for something happen i feel it's so difficult to control my mind. so usually i try to do some housework and to make myself busy.
now i also find a good way to escape from the situation. i turn on my computer to do some online work then i can kill the waiting time.
i think going out to do slow walking is also a good way sometimes.

| |  When you get anxious or exited you tend to be very energetic due to the release of adrenalin into the blood by adrenal glands..which makes your body go haywire! you can make so many mistakes when under adrenalin..i do sit back,sip fresh air& relax to cool.

| |  That will be some concert. Hope you have fun. I think when I'm anxious I have to do things to keep moving. I can't sit still when I'm like that. I'll find something to clean in the house or maybe even do a little exercise. That helps take the edge off and calm me down so that I can relax a little.
