If God want he can make everyone worshiping him and everyone decent.
If God want he can make us live without food.
IF God want he can keep us alive for long time.
Life here in this earth is not final, but it is a temporary resting place to earn and stock for future journey to achieve the final never ending life that is the target.
So here in this life God gave us free will to do what we want, so people are doing what they want some are doing good some are doing bad. But God also gave warning that what are supposed to be done and not to be done and how to live. i.e. this life is an examination, whoever pass the examination he will be in success, others will fail.
Peace.

If you really search for the proof you can get it. You may believe it or not, the proof is 'Holy Quran', which is the last edition of manual revealed by the Almighty God for human beings through last prophet of God. You may explore it.
Peace.

Well, it has been months since I first started this so I have changed my mind about this. The more I think about it the more I realize that these things can be possible. Being evil is what people choose to do, and it would be wrong for that freedom to be taken away from us. . .
I would now say that this is entirely possible that there is a god and our life is just an examination, but I am a bit skeptical because there really is no proof.

The argument is flawed; evil is a product of free will

Hi, I'm sorry because I'm so late in replying to you but anyway. . .
You're right, evil comes from the freedom and the intelligence that humans have. And there also does have to be evil in the world, because it needs to be an opposite of good.
After 5 months I've started to see many flaws in that quote, too.
