Do you think mylot should give it's members Christmas bonuses?

I was thinking that offices gives it's employees Christmas bonuses. I just tought that can Mylot give such bonuses too? How about 2 cents per member? Or it could be pro rated like this:
Member with 1 - 500 posts = 0.01 bonus
Member with 501 - 1000 posts = 0.015 bonus
Member with 1001 - 1500 posts = 0.0175 bonus
Member with 1501 - 2000 posts = 0.02 bonus
and so on.....
