Food! Boiled, Grilled or Fried?

Yes, I think it's the minus side of grilled foods,need a lot of time! Oh, grilled chicken,,you make me feel hungry now jaiho!

I love it too and the situation in BBQ-ing Yup, boiled veggies has natural taste and yummy! hehehe..but I love onions, either boiled or fried..

You like my uncle who love fried food.. I must admit that the oil in fried food is tasteful.. Fried is simple and you can fry almost everything.. Yea, boiled food is the best for our health I think, and it's the simplest way to process food My auntie love grilled food but after she read an article in health magz about cancer and grilled food, she stop eat it and now she choose boiled food almost everyday.. Really? How can grilled food contain more fat than fried one? I think we need to use oil when fry and we don't need to use oil to grill food..so how can grilled contain more fat?

well, although we're not using oil, but usually we used like a vinegar, or sort of it to prevent it from over burn, -_-
