 Hi,
I am wondering if there is anyone else who has been counting points on weight watchers, and if they have found any really super low snacks in points that still taste good?

I love the weightwatchers ready meals, favourite is the spaghetti bolognese. Also the yogurts are very nice, but it depends whether you're looking for something light or something filling I suppose

 amandar658 (258) | 4 months ago | I eat a lot of the microwave meals. In the states there are much more options then in Canada, I think we have about 10 to 15 options at the most. So it is hard to always eat them. I like to snack on something light just becuase I am a snacker and its hard to break from that. | |

2.  okkidokitokki (1387) | 4 months ago |  Strawberries, brocoli, zuchini, and celry all have absolutly no calories and are good for you. You can have as much of these items as you want.
Tomatos have very few calories but I do not know what the point value of them is.
I have never tried weight watches because I cannot afford the membership (or am willing to count points) but I have a friend who has lost over 100 pounds with them. Best wishes.

Acts238girl (1897) | 4 months ago |  Try fat free,sugar free chocolate pudding with fat free cool whip on top.I also like 2oz angelfood cake with 2 tbsp.of fat free cool whip for only 2 points.The smart pop microwave popcorn is 2 points for the whole bag.I like to save some points for the evening that way I can enjoy a nice movie and a bag of popcorn.

Special Kay bars red berry ones are really good and only around 2pts . Also I have been eating special Kay wheat cracker and you get 17 of them for 2pts only as well and you can buy any wheat crackers as well . triscuits olive oli and rosemary those are good and you get 6 of them for 2pts. Fruit cups are good as well and fruits. Cheese slices and about 10 almonds about 3pts. If you have a sweet tooth sugar free puddin swiss miss is real good and its only 1pt and you can find smart ones in the frezzer ice cream type stuff.
