Do you feel guilty when you didn't tell the truth

somethings a little white lie is good and i do wish i could tell here everything in truth and i do feel a bit guilty, but its for the good.

Yeah guilty feelings will never let us sleep. lol
But there are times that you hide the truth just to keep the relationship. But no, that should not be. Its too good to be true. For an instance, when your girlfriend ask you if you love her, but u answered yes even though at the back of your mind you want to split up with her cuz u dont like her anymore but the fact that u are afraid that u might hurt her is really a different story. The truth will set you free. If u will live all your life with pretenses u will never be happy.

I always feel guilty when i tell i lie.Eventhough if it is a white lie.I still feel guilty coz i feel that i have'nt been true to myself.

I will personally feel a bit guilty if I do not say something true about a matter because i fear if that truth might comes up infront of him later on so better to tell the whole truth to him, I always had this feeling that if ever I hide something from him and he comes to know if by someone else then it might be as dreadful for both of us so better to spill the truth before its too late.

Sometime aim feel guilty after lie but aim not over think that. Like as you, lie for keep your relation and make your friend happy. But, aim afraid and guilty... if I lie, she know it. lol
