I let myself be quite for awhile and imagine myself away from that circumstances that stressed me out, breath in, breath out and think of the happy things that happened to me and whalla... I feel better then. Also, I sing my hearts out. I did compose song that`s entitled `Take all my worries away` and made are record of it (I did saved it in my imeem account) and every time I feel depress, I just listen to it and it did erase a little of my stress or I just play on my guitar sometimes and just have fun imitating my favorite singers on how they sing their songs.
