How will you know if you have high blood pressure

If your blood pressure is extremely high. You may have unusual strong head ache, Chest pain, heart failure specially difficulty of breathing.. if you feel those then seek for immediate help.. is theres anything else that you would like to add?

In addition to metioned above, dizziness is one of the symptoms. My colleague were experiencing those and most of the time he has been referred to go to the hospital for check-ups. Recently, he has been endorsed for renal scan which is too costly to identify what is the major cause of his high blood pressure. He has been diagnosed and his high blood are still manageable and he just need to have an ample rest and less stress at work. A continuous medication was advised and monitoring. He is now getting better.
