I want to re-do my bathroom floor- it’s a small space- so I plan on going a little extravagant with it…..But I just can’t decide on ceramic tile or wood. I recently had a new ceramic tile floor installed in my great room and love it- except for the fact that heavens to betsy if you drop something on it……its broken no matter what it is…lol. Also wood floors to me seem to make a home feel warmer than ceramic tile...my mother is always complaining that my house is to "industrial" for her...LOL Anyway..I paid a nice price to have that done but being here watching the guy I really think this can be a do it yourselfer...lol. i want to try either way I go....so any advice on learning this new trade from my mylot fam?? Should I try one over the other as a beginner??

thanks cupid- I think I am leaning more towards ceramic tile- just because it is such a small space so I can get some really nice tile and not pay much- because I don't need much :)

i do agree with you that wood floors seem to make a home feel warmer than ceramic tile, so most of people prefer to use wood floors in their living room & bedrooms.but for bathroom, i never saw anybody use wood floor, maybe the water will be destructed the wood. good luck and have a nice day!
