Are you happy with what you read? i have not tried it any more. frankly, i don't want to know how much i have blown up already. i am trying to lose weight by changing the foods i eat though i don't do exercise. hopefully eating healthy foods in right amount will enough for me to lose all this weight. when i was yet a thin person my waistline was 32 inches. quite big actually already. i am a big boned person that is why and i have big or wide waist shape.
anyways, i hope to see my waistline to decrease soon.

1. homeshoppers (1136) | 5 months ago | oh, actually i didnt measure my waist line. i will know if im getting fat or not base on my jeans.. you dodnt have to change the food you eat specially if you enjoyed them. maybe cutting extra amount from it is better than avoiding them.

2. mentalward (4339) | 5 months ago | There was a time in my life when I loved measuring my waistline. At it's smallest, it was 22 inches although it was 23 inches for decades! No matter what or how much I ate, it never changed, until...
I started taking medication for panic disorder syndrome. That drug made me put on weight so fast I thought I was dreaming and was in the middle of a nightmare! I gained an additional 50% of my body weight, a large amount of it right around my waistline and behind.
When I read that anything over 34 inches for a female is unhealthy, I started taking action. I changed my eating habits. I moved around more (although that is hard to do with my physical problems). I lost weight. I can now say that my waistline is now under 34 inches but I doubt it will ever be 23 inches again, even though it went back to 23 inches after the births of both of my sons. (That was before I went on any kind of medication.)
I keep an eye on my weight now so that it won't start creeping up on me again. My BMI is good; well, it's not in the 'unhealthy' range. I also measure my waistline about once every 2 months or so. After my recent health scare with my heart, when I was told to "take it easy" until after all the testing was done and the problem was found, I put a few pounds back on. Now, though, since finding out it was only stress causing my heart problems, I'm allowed to do all the physical things I was doing and am taking that weight back off. My waistline is down to about 31 inches which I can't complain about, although I would love to see it down to at least 26 inches. I'm older now so I doubt that's going to happen. I'm pretty content with what I have now.
Oh, I am 5' 2" tall and small-boned. I'm close to the weight I should be for my height so I'm happy with that.

The Waistline is very important to any persons in order to measure all the health related habits with him. The waistline also one of the important symptoms to know the medical condition of the person. I used to check my waistline frequently in order to know about my weight as well as the health condition of my body. More or less the waistline will inform to the physician about our health. Most of the recommended waistline will be 26 to 28 below the age group of 30, and also it will be measured depends upon your height too . When you are doing the exercise regularly along with controlled foods intake will supports your health as much as possible . So better to avoid of excess eating, and will follows any types of exercise will helps us to reduce the waistline in order to have a good and peaceful life .

hotsummer (2756) | 5 months ago | yeah i have heard or read that too that our tummy and waistline will be indicator of our health. and so i am worried with my big tummy. cause it is not in healthy size. and i definitely notice that my health seems to be better now with my change of food intake. now with healthy food choices like brown rice and vegetables, less of sodas and actually i rarely drink sodas now, and less of artificial juices and more of healthy tea drink that i have made myself. so i guess it will just a matter of time before i see my waistline to get back to my old measurement. but i notice that i feel great now.

Although like you I am trying to be better about my food choices. It just seems so difficult to lose weight no matter what I do. Good luck to the both of us!

hotsummer (2756) | 5 months ago | yeah losing weight is getting difficult specially i mostly stay in front of teh computer the whole day. i think it is because of less activity and it is not often the age factor alone. but age also plays a factor also. but we can control our gain of weight by more activities or exercise.
like you, i am not in the habit of measuring my waistline. but when i was young and was thin and fit i love measuring my waistline. and it was a pleasure doing so.

hotsummer (2756) | 5 months ago | yeah me too . i am trying to lose some pounds. hopefully i will be successful just like you in losing weights. i have i think 40 pounds to lose so i can get back to my normal weight. whoa. i have gained a lot of weight through the years.
anyways, thankfully i can still fit to my pants. but before i can fit in 31 inches waistline now i have to buy at least 32 inches of waistline. anyways, thankfully i don't have to tuck my tummy. i just lower the waist of my pants a bit to fit my waist into my pants.
