Ok I am sure this has been a discussion before but I wanted to start another one.... let me start out in saying that I go on these "vacations" from caffiene from time to time when my heart rate goes up and I can't sleep for weeks at a time (yeah ... that would give anyone the clue to back off huh?). I also wanted to let all of you thinking that I must drink Starbucks or Pepsi all day/night long that I usually only drink a little bit and stop drinking any caffiene at 12 noon so it has time to wear off.

My favorite drink is the Carmal Frappuchino with Extra Carmal. Yummy. So what is your drink of choice? Are there any bad side effects of your drink? Mine was weight gain and insomnia.
