As the story goes, a couple is out on a date at night, when their car breaks down (or runs out of gas) along a dark road. The boyfriend gets out and tries to fix the engine (in those variants where it's engine trouble rather than an empty tank), but fails. He tells the girlfriend to stay in the car, close the windows, and lock the doors while he goes to get help (or to get gas). In one version of the story, the girl falls asleep waiting for her boyfriend to return, and is awakened by a knocking on the window. When she looks to see who it is, a squalid old man in tattered clothes shows her the severed head of her boyfriend. The end. However, a much more suspenseful version has the girl waiting for about half an hour, when she notices a strange man watching from the shadows. He approaches the car and starts banging on the windows and trying to force open the doors. Terrified, the girl honks the car horn to get attention and scare the man off. He gives up and leaves, only to return a few minutes later. He starts circling the car, holding something in his hand, which he raises to the window. To her horror, the girl realizes it is her boyfriend's decapitated head. Then, she is even more horrified to see what the man lifts up in his other hand: the boyfriend's car keys. The next day, the police (or the neighbors) find her inside the car, alone, laughing and screaming nonsense, driven insane by an unknown terror. do u know some?

I think every place has there only little urban legend like I know three schools in my city with a story of some ghost haunting the bathrooms. Also there's a deserted hospital with many stories of horror.
