How many cup do you drink coffee better in a day ????

I don't know the proper of coffee in a day.For me i like to drink the sweet coffee cup.I will drink a cup per a day, sometime i want to drink more, but i fear it will be harm my body.Then do you think,How many cup do you drink coffee better in a day???

I used to drink up to 5 cups a day when I work in a cafe.. however after being pregnant, I don't have coffee anymore.. since birth till now, I only had 3 cups of coffee in total.. sad right?

You might drink the free coffee when you worked in the cafe.I would make alike you.I liked free stuff but i think you should not drink a lot.The coffee is not good for health.Thank you to share your idea.Have a nice day.

Hello Busky. How are you today ? I am a coffee drinker , very addicted. I drink about four or five cups of coffee per day, starting from breakfast time. But, I don't take strong coffee. I prefer decaffinated coffee with sugar and plenty of milk. I know I should reduce drinking coffee. It can be harmful to my health, especially when drinking strong coffee.

I might be drinking some 15 cups of coffee everyday and because it is very cold here so I like to drink expresso hot coffee or chocolate coffee and even the dark coffee which is very good to drink also.
