From relatively safe cocoon of the corporate world, where paychecks arrive regularly, you will be venturing into the unchartered territories of business.

Is there a way to determine whether you can be a successful entrepreneur, or you are better off to work for somebody else? Alas, there is no formula for success.

However most of them succeeded..... what qualities are needed to before venturing?

There are a lot of qualities needed to succeed in business. One is a burning desire to succeed. Desire is the starting point for everything. Bill Gates desired to be successful in putting a computer in every home. Another one is the ability to take risks. I have not known any successful businessman who never take the risk. But I know of people who fail because they never took the risk. Another is the determination or commitment to succeed. In other words, never quit. happy
