How often do you hear these two things in the same sentance?

How often do you hear Bank and Helpful in the same sentance?! Well i went to my bank earlier today and the woman was actually really helpful! She explained everything really well, was really nice to us, and helped me sort out where i wanted to put my money (i guess ive hit the nail on the head right there*)And i left feeling like it had all gone really well and was really happy about leaving my money there. She was going to sort everything out once my cheque had been banked. Good afternoon!

* And i say "Ive hit the nail on the head" because i supose ive answered my own question lol. When you are going to the bank with moneythey are helpful! That is the only situation where you hear bank and helpful in the same sentance. When you go there with a problem or a complaint they arnt so helpful More hastle than they are worth sometimes!! They love you if youve got money, they dont care if you dont! (Until you threaten to take your money away hehe!)

What is your experience with banks? Did you find they were helpful to get you in the door, then lost interest?
