best gift that you ever given to your lover

When I go shopping and I see something which I know my boyfriend will love, I usually get it for him. However, if there was one thing which I gave to him which I know he really liked, valued and appreciated, it would have to be the CDs containing both our favorite songs which I personally burned for him. The fact that I did the downloading and the burning myself makes the gift even more special, I think. Sometimes we would talk on the phone and he'll be in his car and I'll hear the CD playing in the background and he'll tell me he always plays it whether he's in his car or at home so I know he really likes the CDs.

I don't know whether it is the best gift or not but certainly she was happy with it and she said it was her best present ever. That was during her 19th birthday when I was just back from the states for semester break and her birthday party was at 7pm and I reached at 6pm at the airport and I was like rushing to her house and I couldn't manage to get something for her. So i burn a cd using my laptop, the songs that we both always sing to and listen to when we were younger back then and i wrote a note for her.
