Red bull, Monster, energy drinks, Do you drink them?

I'm an old guy and used to just depend on my 2 cups of coffee in the morning! Last year I was on a job with 3 of us in one company vehicle. I n the morning we'd stop by a small store and my friend would get 2 of the Green monsters! LOL! He talked me in to trying them and I've become an addict since then. They're good the taste at first is different but after a while you crave them, they last me most of the day mabe 7 hrs, I sure wouldn't have them late in the day! tdemex

Hi! I used to drink those while I studied at the university. This was essential in the nights before tests. I know this is not healthy at all, also my sister has some heart problems because of overusing that. So I'm extremely careful and don't do that often.
I think even caffeine is healthier than that, indeed.
Usually i use sugar free Red Bull.

I've never drink the two that you mentioned, but I have used 5-Hour Energy before. It is a "shot"of energy. It really works and doesn't give you a crash later. I think most of the energy drinks do cause you to crash. You want to stay away from those, because you will feel terrible, worse than you did,once it wears off.Hope i've helped a bit!

There were sometimes that I had to work late in a bar.
Redbull was my number one choice to keep me awake and give me more energy to work.
After that period, I stopped drinking it because it is not good for my health and my body.

umm, those drinks are harmfull for you, if taken more than once in a day without eating any food at all or a less amount of food you can get side-effects, which result in liver failure, and what not, and if you take medication with those energy drinks you will also have a side-effect because the ingredients in the drinks will react with the medication and youll become weaker, not all the drinks have these side-effects, mostly those two do, becuase they are high in sugar, im not the doctor here, but take my advice, im not trying to get in between you and redbull or monster, okay?
