I think that it means find a way to build the ship yourself and let them buy it to go explore and never comeback to kick your bum when it sinks. Old school quote there.

I had the pleasure of reading a very nice sentence here on my. lot. The kind of sentence that blew your mind by its simplicity. You can easily call it a quote. It is so true and so deep in its meanings. Like a short Zen story. So here it is: There are a lot of things I think I understand but I really don't. Congrats, dmercedes!
