I would never recommend diet pills, not even so-called natural ones. My mother was a bit overweight all her life, not so much from having quit smoking but overweight naturally. She tried every cockamamie diet going, including going to a "diet" doctor where he prescribed diet pills...all they were, were glorified amphetamines...they made her irritable, nervous and shaky, also they are very addictive, when she stopped them she in effect went through terrible withdrawal..NO...I would definitely NOT suggest any kind of diet pills

They dont necessarily have to be from your doctor. There are many all natural supplements that can help control your diet and even the cravings for smoking. Doctors will generally prescribe something with chemicals. I have several diet pills on my website posted on my profile, they are all 100% natural too.

I can only say, diet and exercise. Giving up smoking is hard but maybe those people can take the opportunity to try new activities that their health could benefit from such as mountain climbing or row boats. With exercise, the weight would be lost naturally.
