what do you do first when you get up in the morning?  

That's a great habit.I think maybe I should also start forming it.I just don't know if I can do like that.Too many things in mind.I am not a confident one.I doubt about myself all the time.But I think I will try.
When I get up in the morning,I just go to the bathroom,brush my teeth and clean my face and then drink a cup of water.

I fire up a smoke,drag my tired butt out of bed,take a long pee,get washed,get dressed,make coffee,pack myself a carepackage for work,drink coffee,check email, then go to work.Boring huh.

Hi! Every morning I get up and at the earliest dress up and go for a nice long brisk walk. I walk continuously for one-and-a-half hour. I come home invigorated and at peace with myself and the world. Then I am ready to begin my day with gusto!!
