No electricity in Lapu-Lapu City  

Hi there, well i am far from your place we are from Quezon Province and we dont exprienced having a black out here. Well maybe there is problem with your location anyway its already 5pm and 3 hours had passed so I guess you have electricity now, hope so, well keep on mylotting

well maybe there's just a little problem in your area that's need to be fixed...coz here in Talisay where i am, we don't experienced any power interruptions for today...what we just have is slow internet connection! hehehe

That's real big trouble with brown-out,but it is advisable to have some back up batteries for our computers not to lose all date and files when brown-out attacked.
I hate it when there is brown-out.I need to change the netcable,i had to put it directly on laptop to had the server keeps going.What i hate is,i had to plug and unplugged cables...grrr(hehehe)

Well,so far,there is no brown-out here.But when there is rain,the electric power always comes and due to lightning automatic shut off

Whatever the cause of the sudden shutdown of electricity in your area may be a precaution. There may have been an accident somewhere that caused the electric company to shut down power. I don't think that the electric company will just shut down power without any reason...

I pity the secretary on duty. She maybe had a bad day today doing her typing works using the traditional antique typewriter. Good thing you can still login here in mylot even if you can't use your computer. That's one of the best benefits we get from these modern phones available in the market. Happy mylotting.

Have you guys complaint that problem with your municipality? it seems that some one from either Napocor or Meralco should be upgrading generators in your area, and that's not fair..it reminds of those brown out days back in 92. terrible 11 hour brown outs.how long this has been happening there.glad you have your phone with you.

I am sorry for the black outs, it does happens from time to time even where we are, when the weather is bad its happens, most time in winter which really annoys me but what can you do, nothing, just grin and bear it. Hope you'll get your lights back on. Hugs.

Without any electricity in Lapu Lapu is such a shame and I too pity her. Maybe she should use a laptop with fully charged batteries if it happens often there. Or maybe like you use her mobile phone. I have a trusted PDA phone so I won't be worried too if there is no electricity.
