What to do about acne scars??

funny you should ask. I have been struggling to remove acne scars lately. I've had them for sometime now, took the decision to something about it. I went to see the doctor last week, my doctor gave me this calamine lotion. i googled it and its specifically for acne scars. works wonders, not even a week, i can see results. you can get this calamine lotion in a drug store or a pharmacy, or you could just go see the doctor. but you have to be sure, its acne scars and not blemish or acne itself. As i mentioned, its specifically for acne scars only. hope it works for you too.;)

I do glycolic acid peels once a month at the dermatologist office. How soon you see results depends on how deep the scar is. It peels away a few layers of skin each time. So it is kind of speeding up our natural shedding process. In my experience, the darker the scar, the deeper it is and the longer it takes to get rid of. I had a big one that was really bad, a very dark reddish brown. It took about a year to fade to a light pink (I'm white). On the other hand, the smallest and lightest ones take one or two peels to go away completely.

It also depends on how often you do it. I do it once a month, but some do it once a week. The ones who use it more often tend to do it themselves instead of have a dermatologist do it. You can get glycolic acid on ebay and do it at home. I am thinking of switching to doing it myself because it is cheaper that way.

i get acne on my face during my menstrual period and that's per month, imagine that. i just cover it with concealer, i always do it and i think i cant last long without putting a concealer in a day.:B scars will go away actually i don't worry about it though it's not really okay once they are on your face..

just apply lemon juice it is very effective. i use lemon juice and apply it on my face everyday because i have a lot of acne scars on my face and it is so disgusting. after a following months my acne scars became lighter. it will take long but it is very effective. so try it.

You have the same problems as like me friend. I have so many acne scars especiaaly in my left chick. Sometimes it's better to go doctor and get the right medicine. But, I think there are some natural medicine without chemical that can be used to reduce this scars. It really annoying and lowered self confident!
