Why didn't Harry get in trouble when he...  | |  In [Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince]nearly killed Draco Malfoy!?In [Order of the Phoenix] he's brought to court because he used magic outside of school, apparently a horrible offense. So he nearly MURDERS another student at school and there are no consequences????All they do is hide the book because it gives Harry the tools to do bad things?Wouldn't Harry expect Snape to take him straight to Dumbledore's office?
