Is becoming a singer easy on the Disney Channel?

Do you see it? Almost every person in a show or movie on the Disney Channel becomes a musician. Most of them are good, but my question still stands "Is it easy for every actor or actress to become a singer?" because the next thing I know; they become singers and their song plays on Disney's music channel.
