|  I love crackers with butter spread on top of them. I was born and raised in Illinois, and crackers and butter were often served at restaurants before the meal was served. When I moved to California, I sometimes made these cracker snacks at home to get some funny looks and people getting a little grossed out. LOL To each their own, right? | |  I never have heard of this being served in a restaurant before the meal was served. However, I was born and raised in Alabama. I like Yoplait Yogurt on my crackers. I tried this one night a few years ago and it really is good. Kathy.

| |  My grandpa use to eat butter on Saltines. While it looked gross - I had to try it! I couldn't believe how good it was!!! I haven't eaten them in years. I really don't eat crackers very often but when I do, I love to eat them with cheese. Maybe some mozzarella or Munster! YUM!

| |  Crackers and butter? That definitely sounds like an aquired taste. I prefer crackers with a little bit of sour cream or mayo, and some caviar on top. Yummy!!! I'm Danish, so that kind of cracker snap is common. I also like them with pickled herring on top. Another danish snack!

| |  hi princess I never had any topper on my crackers until I went to the UK for three weeks and learned they eat cheddar cheese on top of their crackers. I really enjoyed that and do that myself sometimes now. But I guess that butter tastes great on crackers as well.

| |  I like to make chicken salad and have that on a cracker or i use cream cheese and add spices, garlic, onion, dill, then spread on crackers.
My daughter loves saltines and ranch dressing.

| |  My hubby eats his crackers the same as you and it's ok. Not my favorite though... does EZ bars count as my favorite use of crackers? *LOL* Otherwise I like making a crab dip and using that on Ritz styled crackers.
