Paradise Kiss Ending?   

I don't really know how I can express my reaction without some spoiler-y bits but suffice to say that the ending saved it for me. I am still skeeved as all hell regarding the relevation about Miwako and Arashi's relationship and I hoped the ending they received was entirely different but the conclusion regarding George and Yukari was exactly what I wanted. I just wished they arrived to that ending waywayway earlier.

Also, Isabella is awesome and deserves to have her own time in her own spin-off series. She is that cool.

So: I will love this series better if Isabella had had more screen time but the ending saved it from being a series I'd have despised and made it into a series I like. Ai Yazawa has a way of capturing the tone of teenagers in a relationship well but the fact that 4.5 volumes were dedicated to Yukari [spoiler-spoiler] and only half a volume dedicated to the conclusion of her relationship with George was a little "meh"-inducing for me.
