What is your favourite River Phoenix Movie or Scene?

River Phoenix was definetly not just a flavor of the month. He had great talent and showed it in all his movies. It really a shame that we lost him so soon. I believe that he would have gone on to be one of Hollywoods Best stars of today.Looking back on his amazing highlight career what do you feel was his best performance in a movie. I have to go with Stand By Me because not only is it my favourite movie River was only at the time 14 years old and he captured my heart as he played the young Chris Chambers. He enlightened the audience by being a tough yet sensitive being. He showed true emotion and power and that Crying scene still gets me everytime. So what are your favourite River Phoenix Movies or scenes. Please comment.

I do not think I have ever seen stand by me. As with your Chris Feldman discussion, I had to look up the roles of this actor, and by so doing, I have come to the conclusion that my favorite movie with him in it is Indiana Jones, the only I one I remember having saw in my life.
He did a role on family ties once, and I am sure I would have liked that a lot, it was the "my tutor" episode, and I believe that Michael J Fox was being his tutor, though I could easily be wrong, I did enjoy an episode like that.

His name is actually River Phoenix. He played a character named Chris in the movie Stand By Me. But I did post a topic about Corey Feldman so i see how you got confussed lol. No worries. I have actually never seen him in Indiana Jones. I knew he was in the movie but I havent gotten around to seeing. Thank you for your answers.
