At the moment I'd probably have to say House, his eyes are pretty blue...and their troubled, altho to be honest I'm not really a blue eyed kind of girl, altho I have blue eyes, i mostly like darker eyes better, like on Dark Blue I think Dean has really black eyes, or they look dark in the show anyway....so sexy like a river at midnight.
