how to login libertyreserve?

i made a libertyreserve account last month. but after two days, i couldn't login it. i didn't memorize login ID . u know its procedure is complex . different with paypal. i like paypal for easy logging in. how can i login libertyreserve? i mailed to admin but they don't allow to send me login username, password or something like that. they sent me code. what is the code? i don't understand really?
