Bux.to Bux.to......?????

I joined bux.to before 1month i'm still clicking ads.Before the payout was 35$ and now it changed to 50$.I joined bux.to because someone said that it a genuine PTC site so i joined it now i'm thinking that it is a scam..Can anyone tell me is it genuine r not.?

My sister joined bux.to and she upgraded to premium. I think if you upgrade your chances of getting paid is higher? I don't know. She hasn't got paid yet though. Have to see if she does.
