How many time you take pain killers in one day?

Today time is very hard to work their is lod of huge work done by every human being and sometime they gone through several stress on their mind and health as well..keep out of this stress they frequently used pain killers.. Do you take pain killers regularly

Well, I am not a fan of painkillers, though I used to take them regularly because of the high level of stress I have got when I was younger. I know that the regular consumption of painkiller is not good for the health and you have to reduce the consumption especially if you take more than 2 pills a day. I believe the best way to reduce stress and pain because of the stress is not by taking painkillers but from the natural way.
Maybe trying yoga, or having fun is so much better than taking pills which one day would make a huge damage to our internal organs.
