Stop big notes of Rs. 500, 100, then corruption will be more difficult and transaction for wrong works including terrorism with become difficult. Distributing cameras, to all military personnels. Then, increase the work force of army, providing better facilities (Permanent not temporary), arms,etc. Giving away prizes to people to capture something really wrong which they can't stop. Putting cctv cameras in all government places and links to press reporters. Then, the last but not the least. Every minister should be a post graduate with civic knowledge a must. Well, I sound absurd then you give some good idea.
