If you were to go to a concert in the 80s What band would it be?  

definetely TOTO. The last time I saw them like 6 years ago. O, yeah they old but they really has a good music.

Sorry my lotter but I am a michael jackson fan. I would definatly go see mj. I did not get to see him in the 80's because I was too young. I had to watch my older family members attend and wear the jacket. If they open neverland to the public I will make it a point to attend. I still watch his videos everyday and play his music everyday. Happy posting my lotters.

The Cure or Queen. It's a total toss-up. I'd be happy with either one.

I thought that this would be a hard question for me to answer, but after some thought, my answer actually came quite easily. I would pick The Smiths. Of my top 5 favorite bands, they are the only ones who are no longer together, so I would have loved to have had the chance to see them perform.

Wow...some really good answers here. The Cure, the Smiths... unfortunately, members of a lot of my favorite bands from that time period died in 78, 79, 80 (Keith Moon died in 78, Sid Vicious in 79, Ian Curtis in 80...) so seeing them in concert would be vastly different in the 80's than it would have been in the 70's.

So I say, probably, the Cure, the Smiths, Lou Reed or Duran Duran...*shrug* That's a really hard choice.
