How do you think about the online education?

Children no need to go to the school. They're online for lecture, take the exercise, discussion, examination, practice in the internet. I know in some country, very hard & expensive when we study in the famous university. The systems of education , grade, certification, qualification starting in the non-internet time and grow up in very long time but in the base is same with 12 years in the schools, 5~6 year in University, with many grade, examination times with big budget in many country. I don't know which free sign up site apply the high level certificate for student and so on it's not very popular in the world, I think online education still have big advance in the far future.

I am one of those that is going to college online. I went to my local college and signed up to take online classes thru that college. For me it is the best thing for me. I would have to drive 25-30 miles every other day to get to school. This way it is cheaper on me. I study the same and take the test online. Before you ask. NO I do not cheat on test...

Online education is becoming increasingly popular because it allows people who may not ordinarily have the opportunity to get qualifications, to do so. Those of us who work do not have the time to commit to full time education and with bills to pay, and family to look after it becomes even more difficult to fit evening courses into an already full schedule. However, an online edutttion means you can study at your own pace and time while still earning a reputable and useful qualification.

Hi nqh2009 I think to some extent it is good for those who are not in a position to go to school or college due to various reason. But in my personal opinion online education is not fullproof or complete education system. To gain educational knowledge you must go to school or college where interaction is being done in between teachers and colleagues/students, which is more beneficial for students but you will not get this facility on online education. There are so many merits & demerits in both the systems but still I consider school or college for better education.

well. that have own advantage and disadvantage and i think the students taught by online will miss the chance to make friends with his classmates also discuss the problems when study. they will lose the chance to have good relationship with teachers and classmates and even do not know how to get along with others..

Online education is a idea but going to school is not about learning in academic field alone. Going to school can teach us to socialize, face a part of situation from the real world and make friends. We can chat online but being friends and meeting them in the real world is another deal. There's a lot of thing that can be done by going to school.
