Are you contented with the smell with your collection of cologne and perfumes?

I would say that it is not easy for me to find the cologne and perfumes that i like. cause most of the cologne and perfumes that i get to buy have so much strong smell. i want something that last longer but in a way will not be too strong on the smell but will leave a light but lasting smell that is pleasant to the smell. Do you have that kind of perfume or cologne. What can you recommend? i want to have some ideas here so i will have some idea on what to buy. Whether be it expensive or cheap ones, i will welcome your ideas.

well right now i am using elizabeth arden red door...its kinda strong but what i do is just put a little of it and it really lasts long...i am just not sure if you're gonna like its scent...it just good to use for formal affairs and at night i guess... i am also using elizabeth arden green tea, which is lighter and kinda refreshing scent for me...and smell also last but not as long as the red door... and for daily use i am just using a cologne that's locally manufactured here... i think perfumes need to mix well with your body chemical for this to have better scent so we really need to try everything until we finally found the one that's really suits us and our personality...

hehe...me too! i don't have much money to spend on perfumes...those were just gifts from my brother in law! they are a bit expensive but worth it, i think...coz you know, they are with me for more than a year, i guess the other one is almost 2 this year and you know i just use not even 1/4 of the bottle! huh! coz scent is good enough that even just a little will do...so kinda economical somehow... but since we are from the same country, i think you can try to check on colognes/body spray from personal collection, that's what i am using now for daily basis, or from avon...and even colognes and perfumes from bench are also nice smelling but very affordable...but for me, nothing really beats johnson's baby cologne! hehehe

so you are from philippines. so that is why we both don't have money. LOL. seriously speaking though. i would definitely save if i really like to buy the perfume. but the problem is i am not good in choosing the perfume i want. if i can be sure that i will like what i will buy i will not spend on it. but what if i bought it then i would hate the smell after few use. it will such a waste of money isn't it. i am a person that does not know exactly the kind of smell or brand that i would go for. i would need to smell a perfume more than once to say that i would like to use it every day.

"Beautiful" Perfume by Estee Lauder - I got a lot of compliments when wearing this perfume!
The perfume that I like is called "Curve". I got it from Dillard's when I was living in Texas. I love the smell of it! However, before I found Curve, someone had given me a bottle of "Beautiful" by Estee Lauder for Christmas. Every time I wore it, I was complimented on it EVERY time!! Even once when I got on an air plane, someone stopped me to ask what perfume I was wearing!! On an air plane, for heavens sake!! Now that tells you something right there so I just might get me another bottle of it! lol

that is really good that you have a good collection of perfumes. i wuold like to buy only one perfume. still i am not familiar with different scents out there. i only tried Issey Miyake for men. it really smells great too but the smell quite strong too so i am looking for other brand for men.
