Health benefits due to time on myLot

I somewhat anticipate a few cries of 'being on the computer can never been good for you, what sort of question is this?' but please do bear with me! The main reason I am spending so much time on this site at the moment is because I have pulled a muscle/trapped a nerve in my neck/shoulder. I believe that the best course of action when one does such a thing is to not use said muscle/nerve for a period of time until it has recovered/freed itself (though I am not a doctor so I don't know for sure but that seems the logical course of action!) well anyway, working under that assumption I discovered that sitting on TV hurts (and sets me to snacking so is out anyway), reading usually involves leaning against something and sitting outside, neither of which work with a naff left shoulder. And so I was left solely with the idea of being on-line, and therefore naturally ended up on Mylot. Having spent most of yesterday on here I woke up today with a marked improvement in my shoulder, and am hoping that through another relaxed day on-line I can see an greater improvement in it. Being here has also decreased my natural tendency to snack due to boredom, and to think too much, also due to boredom. So far therefore I believe that I have so far gained a fair few health benefits from being on myLot and so I have become curious and want to know: Have you ever had any health benefits from myLot, and were they physical, or mental in nature? Thank you for reading and responding, Dranz
